A condition report is an electrical test carried out on a property they identifies any faults and issues with the current electrical installation. This is your properties version of an electrical MOT.
A condition report is recommended to be carried out at least every ten years, when a property is sold or when new tenants occupy the property. Just because your electrics are working doesn’t necessarily mean they are safe. Poor electrical installation can cause damage, electrical shock and fires. From experience we are finding that newly sold houses are only carrying out the basic surveys but isn’t necessarily identifying electrical faults.
We offer full electrical condition reports on both domestic and commercial properties and provide a copy to the homeowner. We can carry out necessary works identified from the condition report.
